League of Legends (the whole game is wrong?)

The question is champions like Jax or Darius or even Xin Zao building tanky can do a lot more damage than any carry full attack damage and they can solo any champion (they can solo almost a whole enemy team). This is wrong and needs to be fixed. The only carry that can do some real damage is Vayne and will hardly win a 1 on 1 with those tanky champions. Riot must do something to even this discrepancy.
